Academic Advising for the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences and the College of General Studies
In addition to the leadership team, the Academic Advising Center has a dedicated staff of full-time professional academic advisors from a broad range of backgrounds. We are also fortunate to have two administrative staff members and our team of Peer Advisors, all of whom are available to assist you with questions and concerns.
New first-year and transfer students in the Dietrich School or the College of General Studies are assigned an academic advisor within the Academic Advising Center. If you officially declare a Dietrich School major, or you are accepted into a different undergraduate school within the University, you will transition to a different academic advisor in your chosen program. College of General Studies students will work with the same Academic Advising Center staff member throughout their CGS academic careers.
