Types of Appointments

Academic Coaching: If you know you want to talk about time management strategies or success in a particular class, a general academic coaching session will cover exactly what you need.

Study Skills Inventory: If you aren't sure where you need to improve or would like to understand more about your study strengths, schedule a Study Skills Inventory appointment. You will receive instructions on how to complete the LASSI, an online study skills assessment, before your meeting with an academic coach. Your coach will then review your results during your appointment and help you to determine the best strategies for you.

Forty-five minute coaching appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm, with evening hours until 7:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Appointments can be conducted in-person or virtually.
